Returns Policy

Risk-Free Returns Window

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full risk-free refund. However, please be advised that all return requests are subject to approval.

In order for a return to be approved, make sure that below is equal to the product you return:

  • The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the product, original packaging, or accessories are damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event that the product you received is defective, you are entitled to request a return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Only partial refunds will be granted or refunds will be refused in certain situations:

  • Items that are missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Box is damaged or missing
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@zenocase.com with photos or a video showing the product and its packaging to assess their condition.
  2. Return Approval: Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address.
  3. Shipping: Send the product back to us with a tracking number, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed but before dispatch, contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing the order. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled; you must return the item upon receipt to get a refund.

Non-Receipt of Orders

If your order tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within one week of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and may issue a refund or replacement based on the outcome.

Processing Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Warranty Coverage

We have confidence in the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty on all of our products. If your product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, please contact us at support@zenocase.com, and we will gladly replace the defective item with a new one.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Coverage: The warranty covers only defects in materials and manufacturing and excludes damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications.
  • Repair or Replacement: During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished items.
  • Geographical Limitations: The warranty is valid only in the country of purchase and is void if the product is taken abroad.
  • Eligibility: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Non-quality related issues after 30 days of purchase
  • Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications
  • Items fully refunded
  • Expired warranty period products
  • Unauthorized reseller purchases
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Free promotional items
  • Insufficient proof of purchase

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Request Replacement: Email support@zenocase.com with your proof of purchase and order number.
  2. Show Proof: Submit a video or photos clearly demonstrating the defect.
  3. Return Product: Ship the defective product to our warehouse at the address provided. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
