Orders
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. Please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive. If it hasn’t arrived after 24 hours, Contact Us, and we’ll assist you.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. Rest assured, your package is on its way even if the tracking status hasn’t updated immediately. You can track your order here.
What if my item is lost or stolen?
We aren’t liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please report it to the shipping carrier and let us know so we can assist with the investigation.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If your order is already processed or shipped, we can’t cancel it, but you may return it for a refund once it arrives. See our Warranty and Returns Policy for details.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
Order confirmations are sent automatically. If you haven’t received one, check your spam folder and allow up to 24 hours due to high volumes. If it still hasn’t arrived, Contact Us so we can verify your order.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, Meta Pay, Bancontact and iDeal.
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Yes, we offer Buy Now, Pay Later through Shop Pay Installments and Klarna. Choose Shop Pay or Klarna at checkout to explore your payment options.
Why am I receiving a payment error?
While we accept most payment methods, occasional errors may occur during checkout. If this happens, please reach out to us via our Contact Us page for assistance.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
What is your Returns Policy?
If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund, as long as:
- The product should be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product shall also be in their original containers with labels intact and protective stickers.
- Refunds will not be granted if the product, original packaging, or accessories are damaged.
For defective products, you have 30 days to request an exchange or refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your return is received, we’ll confirm it via email. If it’s been over 14 days since your return was sent and you haven’t received a confirmation, feel free to reach out for an update.
What is excluded from the Zenocase Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Issues unrelated to product quality after 30 days of purchase.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, normal wear, or unauthorized modifications.
- Fully refunded items.
- Products outside the warranty period.
- Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
- Lost or stolen products.
- Free promotional items.
- Missing proof of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 6-8 business days. In rare cases of high demand, delays may occur. We’ll keep you informed of any delays and pride ourselves on providing prompt updates and excellent customer service.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to process orders within 1 business day if the item is in stock. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Please note, we fulfill orders Monday to Friday and do not ship on public holidays.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
It’s your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If you realize the address is incorrect, Contact Us as soon as possible. While we aim to process orders quickly, there’s a short window to update the address before shipping.
